FastQ is a digital queue and pre-ordering platform built for use within participating college campuses.

Ordering & Slots

Orders placed on FastQ are subject to available time slots at each outlet. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a slot is confirmed, your order is locked in and cannot be transferred to another time slot.

FastQ Gold

FastQ Gold is our premium membership tier offering exclusive discounts, priority queue access, and loyalty rewards. Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered account holder.

Billing & Cancellation

All charges are billed at the time of order confirmation. Cancellations made more than 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be refunded.

Liability

FastQ acts as an intermediary platform between students and campus food outlets. We are not liable for delays, quality issues, or errors caused by outlet partners. Disputes should be raised through our Help Center within 24 hours of the order.
